returns ON APPAREL
No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for flaws in material (as long as the hang tag has not been removed).
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you have purchased; we accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE) that has not been worn and still has the hang tag intact WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER. This applies to any product shipped with defects in material. Please contact 3rdpedalco@gmail.com to start a return. We reserve the right to deny a refund to be issued if a return is received without prior approval.
RETURNS ON PARTS GARAGE
RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED UNLESS ITEM RECEIVED WAS DAMAGED. RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER ITEM IS DELIVERED. PICTURES AND DOCUMENTATION WILL BE NEEDED BEFORE A RETURN REQUEST CAN BE SUBMITTED. Please contact 3rdpedalco@gmail.com to start a return. refunds ON APPAREL
Any returned item must be in its original shipped condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of the approval/rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. The refund will be issued back to the same form of payment that was used to purchase the item. Refunds usually take 5-7 business days (this may vary). If you have not received a refund within 7 business days, please contact your bank.
